Here at Tegrita we do a few things a little differently, starting with hiring and talent. We love what we do and how we do it, but we know it doesn't work for everyone. All the information you'll find here will help you decide if you'd like to continue in the hiring process with Tegrita. Our Client Engagement team is the hub of our client services. CEs ensure we deliver the highest quality consulting services on-time, on-budget and, most importantly, meeting the client's needs. The CE Team Lead is the senior leader responsible for managing our team of CEs, keeping them engaged, and supporting them. They are also the hub between other senior leaders across functions to ensure Tegrita's client services run smoothly, stepping in as a high-level client-facing CE, when needed.

Getting into the dollars & cents
Every team member at Tegrita begins with an annual base salary. We are organized on a 5 level matrix, the CE Team Lead is a level 4 role.
Minimum starting salary for Level 4 is $120,000. (in local currency CAD or USD).
We also offer comprehensive health insurance in the US and extended health benefits in Canada with flexible Health and Wellness spending accounts. In addition, we offer matching on 401k retirement savings in the US and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan in Canada.
Starting level will be determined through the hiring process and will be based on years of applicable experience, and demonstrated past performance.
