Here at Tegrita we do a few things a little differently, starting with hiring and talent. We love what we do and how we do it, but we know it doesn't work for everyone. All the information you'll find here will help you decide if you'd like to continue in the hiring process with Tegrita. Our Client Strategists are the leaders of our client teams and they own Tegrita’s revenue growth, lead our clients’ businesses with ideas & strategies, and are active outside of Tegrita, influencing business sectors that they most enjoy. Our CS team identifies what barriers are most important for our clients to overcome, both internally and externally.

Getting into the dollars & cents
Every team member at Tegrita begins with an annual base salary.
Level 2 Client Strategy Consultant base salary is $70,000 (in local currency CAD or USD).
We also offer comprehensive health insurance in the US and extended health benefits in Canada with flexible Health and Wellness spending accounts. In addition, we offer matching on 401k retirement savings in the US and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan in Canada.
Starting level will be determined through the hiring process and will be based on years of applicable experience, and demonstrated past performance.
