Our Operations Managers are the backbone of Tegrita’s internal execution and operational excellence. They ensure our business runs smoothly day-to-day by coordinating people, processes, and platforms across the organization. They translate organizational strategy into operational reality by owning the systems, documentation, reporting, and processes that keep Tegrita efficient, aligned, and scalable.

Getting into the dollars & cents
Every team member at Tegrita begins with an annual base salary.
Level 2 Operations Manager base salary is $65,000 (in local currency CAD or USD).
We also offer comprehensive health insurance in the US and extended health benefits in Canada with flexible Health and Wellness spending accounts. In addition, we offer matching on 401k retirement savings in the US and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan in Canada.
Starting level will be determined through the hiring process and will be based on years of applicable experience, and demonstrated past performance.
