Here at Tegrita we do a few things a little differently, starting with hiring and talent. We love what we do and how we do it, but we know it doesn't work for everyone. All the information you'll find here will help you decide if you'd like to continue in the hiring process with Tegrita. As a Strategy Consultant you will turn ideas, challenges, and client needs into clear, strategic, and actionable work. You’ll lead the thinking behind projects: from shaping scope and defining the approach to guiding delivery, while partnering closely with the other Tegrita functions. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who loves solving messy problems, thinking several steps ahead, and turning good ideas into work that delivers real client value.

Compensation Overview
Getting into the dollars & cents
Every team member at Tegrita begins with an annual base salary.
Minimum starting salary for Level 2 is $70,000 and Level 3 is $95,000 annually (in local currency CAD or USD)
We also offer comprehensive health insurance in the US and extended health benefits in Canada with flexible Health and Wellness spending accounts. In addition, we offer matching on 401k retirement savings in the US and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan in Canada.
Starting level will be determined through the hiring process and will be based on years of applicable experience, and demonstrated past performance.
